fix: read .lu's registrar and drop the generic "organisation" key

.lu names its registrar under "registrar-name", which wasn't read. The bare
"organisation" key matched any contact's organisation (.be took its tech
contact's "DNS Belgium vzw"); registrar sections are now read as "registrar
name" instead, and dropping the key changes nothing else across the saved
corpus.
