creating the pgbouncer admin user:
|

#### Running database migrations
|
|
|
|
Mastodon `db:migrate`s should be pointed directly at Postgres (default port: 5432), ***not through PgBouncer***, by overriding `DB_PORT` env variable.
|
|
|
|
