Flatten lib/types/title.ts → lib/types.ts and update all imports

- Rename `lib/types/title.ts` → `lib/types.ts` (remove nested directory)
- Update all imports across services, atoms, components, and utils
  from `@/lib/types/title` to `@/lib/types`
